Fabricio Daniele, Soft Services Manager at Bird & Bird LLP
Fabricio is an expert and consultant in Customer Services management, with close to 30 years experience in enhancing service delivery for the hospitality and professional services industries. Renowned for taking customer service to a whole new level, he provides leadership, training, and all the necessary tools a business needs to excel.
As part of his role as Soft Services Manager at Bird & Bird LLP — a global corporate law firm that’s always on the go — Fabricio manages all ground travel for the business, which he sees as nothing less than an essential business support. In the legal industry (and many others), time is critical, security is vital, and safety is a given. Fabricio emphasises the need to add value as a business travel partner — with all parties benefiting as the end-result.
Previously, Fabricio was deeply involved with the travel sector as a Hotel Manager, dealing with airlines, business and leisure travel management, and hospitality ground travel that included its own fleet. His hands-on experience gave him an intimate perspective into client management and customer support that he now shares with others, through consulting for service providers and running sector-focused events and forums.
