Self-Service Kiosk for Taxi Orders at Ben Gurion Airport

This Privacy Policy describes how GT Get Taxi Systems Ltd. (together with its affiliated companies – “Gett”, “we”, “our” or “us”) handles personal data provided by users (“you”) of the self-service station operated by Gett for ordering taxi rides from Ben Gurion Airport and entering the queue for such rides at the airport (the “Service”).

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully and make sure you understand and agree to it. Your acceptance of our Service’s Terms of Use (available at https://www.gett.com/il/legal/airport/kiosk/terms-en/) and this Privacy Policy will be deemed as your consent to the processing of your personal data for all purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy. You are not legally required to provide us with your personal data. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy or object to the collection and use of your personal data by Gett and any of our Service Providers (defined in Section 4), please refrain from using the Service and providing your personal data as part of it.

Registered Gett users: If the contact details you provide during Service registration match those of an existing or future user of other services offered by Gett (including the Gett mobile app for booking taxi rides or deliveries), the order you make through the Service – under the same contact details – may be linked to that person’s user account. In such a case, your order details will be accessible under that user account, and personal data held by Gett regarding such user account may also be used by us in connection with the Service, for the purposes detailed below. Our use of personal data related to such user account, including any rides associated with it, will be done in accordance with the general privacy policy for Gett’s services (available at https://www.gett.com/uk/legal/privacy/).

  • Additional Third Parties for the Protection of Rights and Safety: We may share your personal data with others, without prior notice to you, if we believe in good faith that this will help protect the rights, property or personal safety of Gett, its Service Providers, customers, users, drivers, or any member of the general public.
  • Gett Affiliates and Organizational Changes: We may share your personal data internally within our group of companies, for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. In addition, should Gett or any of its affiliates undergo any change in control or ownership, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of substantially all or part of its assets, your personal data may be shared with the parties involved in such an event. If we believe that such change in control might materially affect your personal data then stored with us, we will notify you of this event and the choices you may have via the communications means you provided.
