Getting Started
Gett gives your business the ability to book, manage and monitor all their ground travel in the same place, delivered through a corporate SaaS platform. We partner with consumer ride-hailing companies and corporate fleets to offer the best rides, and can include your favourite providers on your platform. We also have our own taxi-hailing services in Israel and the UK — also offered alongside our other partners on the SaaS platform.
Gett is geared for the business professional. Ride in comfort whether it’s private, on-demand, for work, or pre-booked. You can also order 6-seater black cabs to your door — perfect for teams and group events — plus a range of standard and executive cars with your business account.

If we don’t at the moment, we’ll make it happen. Gett partners with a selection of vetted, high-rated consumer ride-hailing companies and corporate fleets. If your existing supplier isn’t already a partner, we’ll simple add them to your corporate account.
Using the App
Yes, you can pre-book a taxi. You can set your pickup time from one hour all the way up to two weeks in advance, with our future booking feature in the app. After you’ve set your pickup address, just tap ‘Book a future ride’ on the next screen. Then change the date for when you want your ride. We will start looking for a ride for you 10 minutes before your booking automatically, so you don’t need to.
Need to cancel your ride? Just tap the ‘Cancel ride’ button in the app. Please remember that cancelling your cab after the relevant grace period may incur a cancellation fee. For details of our cancellation policy and cancellation fees, please refer to the Business Agreement in place between Gett and your organisation.
Almost all of them! We have a wide variety of vehicles available, from black taxis to private hire vehicles, including executive cars, people carriers and limousines.
Through the app. You can call your driver by hitting the telephone icon in the app once your cab is booked. If you need to contact your driver after the ride has ended, you can get in touch with our 24/7 customer care, who will make contact for you.
Just fill out the ‘Note to driver’ field in the app before booking. Your driver will see all of your requests once assigned. Feel free to give your driver a call once you’ve booked if you’d rather speak to them directly.

Account
Start by tapping the ‘settings’ button in the menu bar inside the app. Scroll down until you find ‘Notification Settings’. Open this option, and drag the toggles for ‘News and Special Offers’ to edit your preferences. Keep in mind, we won’t be able to send you any promotions or updates on our new features if you choose to opt-out.
When you’re on the home screen, tap the button at the top of the screen to switch between ‘Private Ride’ and ‘Business Ride’. If you don’t have a business account but would like to open one, click here to sign up.
There’s no need to worry. It’s usually easy to retrieve your password. If you are a booker or an admin, click on u0022Forgot passwordu0022 and then contact us using the live chat icon. For riders and other app users, simply select ‘Chat with us’ in the app.

Our platform currently supports direct debit, company credit card and employee credit card.
