We’re thrilled to welcome to the team our new General Counsel, Evan Nacke. Evan, who brings with him substantial experience in capital markets, fundraising, and regulatory compliance, has worked in London for more than twelve years both in private practice and as an in-house legal advisor at top tier investment banks – and his joining the team represents a significant “win” for the company.

Having Evan at Gett – with his wealth of experience – further boosts our senior management team. Evan was previously a Director in the EMEA Equity Capital Markets legal team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as well as a VP in the Investment Banking & Capital Markets legal team at Credit Suisse. Prior to that, Evan worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

Gett’s CEO, Dave Waiser, expressed his delight with the recent decision to hire Evan and said, “We are extremely fortunate to have Evan join us and bring his extensive capital markets experience as well as strong track record to the role of General Counsel. Evan will play a vital part in supporting our international ambitions and potential IPO. We are committed to appointing the very best people at all levels.”

Evan is working at Gett’s London office, where he is joining Amos Genish – Gett’s new Chairman who was previously CEO of Telecom Italia, Telefônica Brasil, and GVT – and Aliaksei Aneichyk, our Chief Financial Officer, who previously led Credit Suisse’s EMEA Pre-IPO and Private Placements Group.

Evan – who quickly dove into learning about Gett – is thrilled to be on board. He said:, “I am delighted to be joining Gett at such an exciting time. Gett combines outstanding technology with great talent and excellent service, and I am looking forward to playing my part as we move the business forward.
