Renovating an office is usually about walls, desks, and lighting.
For us, it was about something much deeper.
This project was never meant to be just a physical transformation. It was an opportunity to bring our values, our vision and our culture to life, by creating a space that truly reflects who we are as Gett, and who we aspire to become.
From the very beginning, we approached the renovation of our IL offices with a clear intention:
Creating a space that doesn’t just look good, but means something.
To design an environment that feels warm, happy, and comfortable, while inspiring our employees in Israel – our Getters – to come to work, connect, and be at their best every day.
A Space That Tells Our Story – Past, Present, and Future
At the heart of the office sits our Vision Wall. This is where our future lives.
It reflects our ambition to become the leading mobility super app, offering multiple services across the mobility ecosystem. It’s a daily reminder of where we’re headed and the scale of what we’re building together.
Balancing that forward-looking vision is our Wall of Fame – a celebration of our journey.
While the Vision Wall talks about where we’re going, the Wall of Fame honors where we came from. It tells the story of Gett’s evolution, milestones and growth.
Together, these two elements create a powerful narrative: respect for our past, pride in our present, and excitement for our future.
Values, Made Tangible
Every design element was chosen to represent our values – not in a literal or heavy-handed way, but through conceptual hints and experiences.
A winning horse symbolizes professionalism and excellence, a reminder that we aim high and deliver at the highest level.
An interactive, engaging game invites action and participation, reflecting our “Get things done” mindset.
A wall filled with happiness and kindness represents modesty and respect, reminding us that how we work together matters just as much as what we build.
In our more casual, laid-back seating area, you’ll find the Smile Zone sign – a simple but powerful symbol tied to our value of positivity. It’s a space designed for connection, relaxation, and good energy, reinforcing the idea that positivity is not just encouraged here – it’s part of who we are.
Connecting People to What We Do
One of the most meaningful design choices was the creation of four dedicated room boxes, each named after one of our core services. These spaces aren’t just meeting rooms – they’re intentional touchpoints that connect our employees to the products and services they work on every day.
The idea was simple: to make our work tangible, visible, and present in our daily environment.
And because our culture is just as important as our strategy, we brought in a sense of humor and lightness throughout the space. Our meeting rooms, for example, carry playful and humorous names – small details that create smiles, spark conversations, and reflect the energy of our people. Getters are vibrant, and values-driven, and the space fully embraces that spirit.
Built Together, by Many Hands
While the Core team and our designers led the vision and execution, this project truly came to life thanks to the contributions of many people across the company. Getters from different teams shared ideas, gave thoughtful feedback, and helped shape the space in meaningful ways.
From creative suggestions to small personal touches, many employees left their mark on the office. These contributions may seem subtle, but together they make the space feel authentic, lived-in, and genuinely ours. This wasn’t a top-down project – it was a collective effort, reflecting the collaborative culture we’re proud of.
More Than a Renovation
In the end, this was never just about renovating an office. It was about creating an environment that supports our people, reflects our culture, and inspires us to keep moving forward together.
We’re proud of this space – not just because of how it looks, but because of what it represents. It’s a living expression of our values, our vision, and our belief that when people feel inspired, connected, and at home, great things happen.
