Head of Product – Consumer Facing Products
Position 1C.17F
Job Description
The Opportunity
Gett is a ground transportation platform on a mission to bring the best mobility providers together into one platform with best-in-class UX - spanning booking, riding, invoicing, and analytics so we save our customers time and money.
Our Product team advocates for users and business customers, setting vision and driving execution across a multidisciplinary product suite. We use data and research to align diverse stakeholders around a common goal, while empowering our teams to own outcomes.
We're hiring a Head of Product to lead our Consumer Facing Products teams, the domain responsible for everything our end users touch: riders, bookers, admins, drivers, couriers and supply partners, across mobile apps, web, and backend integrations.
You'll lead a cross-functional team of Product Managers, owning the consumer product suite end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap to execution and outcomes. This is a role for someone who combines strong people leadership with sharp product and UX instincts, and who's comfortable operating where consumer experience meets B2B complexity (corporate accounts, bookers, admins) and regulated markets.
Why This Role
Our consumer product suite at Gett isn't a single app - it's a portfolio spanning private riders, B2B bookers, and admin tooling, operating across regulated markets with real compliance and pricing constraints. You'll be shaping how millions of rides get booked, tracked, and paid for - with the autonomy of an owner and the complexity of a real, high-stakes B2B/B2C hybrid.
Safety and trust sit at the center of our brand positioning, and AI-powered tools - from smart trip recommendations to conversational support, are becoming a visible part of the consumer experience, not just something running in the background. This is a rare seat to define both at once, for a product used by real people making real trips.
What You'll Own
- Team leadership - hire, coach, and grow a high-performing team of PMs; work closely with the R&D team and set the bar for craft and hold the team to it.
- Product vision & strategy - define and evolve the consumer product vision, translate it into OKRs and a roadmap the org can rally behind
- Domain expertise - build deep fluency in ground transportation economics and market dynamics to inform where we invest next.
- Safety & trust - champion rider and booker safety and duty-of-care across the experience (in-ride, notifications, dispute resolution), and make trust a visible, measurable part of the product, not an afterthought.
- AI products for consumers - own the roadmap for AI-powered features UX throughout an SDLC to improve the WOW and making AI a visible part of the consumer experience, not just backend infrastructure.
- Cross-functional partnership - work closely with Commercial and Marketing on acquisition funnels and onboarding experience; keep stakeholders aligned on roadmap and trade-offs.
- Org building - partner with other Heads of Product to shape how the broader product organization operates and scales.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in product management, including large-scale consumer and/or SaaS products at international scale, plus 4+ years managing PMs and PM leaders across multiple sites/geographies.
- A track record of shipping multiple successful consumer-facing products — not just concepts, but things that shipped, scaled, and moved metrics.
- Real people leadership - you build teams people want to join and follow; you're assertive without being heavy-handed, and you know how to turn disagreement into alignment.
- Fluent, confident communicator in English, written and verbal — you can hold a room with execs and a 1:1 with an IC equally well.
- Genuine customer obsession - you run discovery yourself, not just review it; you have strong opinions about UX and back them with research.
- Sharp analytical and strategic instincts - comfortable setting OKRs, prioritizing ruthlessly, and making the data-vs-instinct call when data is incomplete.
- Bias to action - you drive multiple workstreams in parallel without losing sight of the outcome.
- Shipped consumer-facing AI products or tools - recommendations, conversational assistants, predictive/personalized experiences, generative features - and can reason about where AI adds real user value vs. where it's noise.
- A track record of, or genuine interest in, building safety and trust-critical consumer products - you understand that in transportation, trust is the product.
- Nice to have: B.Sc. in Computer Science (or equivalent engineering background); MBA.
